We stayed here the last week of March and had a wonderful experience. The condo is stocked very efficiently with lots oof amenities. The hot tub on the balcony was relaxing at the end of a long day of skiing. The location is very close to the base and gondola. It's also a very short drive to downtown with great food options and afterlife.

My son and I stayed in Unit 2 at Pennay's at River Run. I chose this location because it is quiet and close to the ski mountain. The rooms were comfortable, the unit very clean, and we could walk to any Ketchum location.

Condo was perfect! Quiet and comfortable two bedrooms and two baths —awesome private hot tub under the mountains and stars. Housekeeping brought extra towels before we even knew we needed them. This place is a true SV gem! Will be back.

This was our first trip to Sun Valley and we could have not picked a better place to stay. Both Ceri and Alan were amazing hosts and the location is as close as you can get to the mountain. The unit is quite large and has its own private hot tub. Downtown Ketchum is about a 10-minute walk away and is full of great places to eat or just grab a drink. We look forward to returning!

This is a great spot to rent within moments to the bike path and downtown Ketchum. Management also makes it easy to get in and out which makes the renting process ideal.

We stayed at Pennay’s for several nights and loved every minute! The Property Management team (Sherry and Allen) were wonderful, exceptionally kind and gracious. Sherry called us the day of our arrival to welcome us, and Allen was quick to respond to any request we had during our stay. The condo itself was well maintained, clean, and stocked with everything we could need. The location itself was second to none - just a few minutes walk to the base of Baldy. We will absolutely come back and stay here again!

Pennay's was a clean, comfortable place to stay! Unit 2 has its own hot tub on a deck facing the mountain, gorgeous! Easy trek over to the lodge, perfect for getting on the mountain. Easy walk to town, but it was very cold and very few taxis or ride shares, in retrospect a car would have been convenient especially for getting to and from the airport. The place itself had some upgrades, the beds were very comfortable. The only thing was that we could not use the hot tub the first night because it had not been filled up all the way--to be fair they were busy shoveling out the walkways.

Very comfortable condo with Hot Tub came up for the 2017 Jazz & Music Festival. Staying @ Pennay's allowed us to walk across the meadow to the River Run Lodge for great music.

We arrived to the rental unit around 2 PM and the door was open to let us in. What a relaxed place! We enjoyed cooking ourselves with plentiful of cooking pots and pans. It was a calm and fun night. We enjoyed this cute town of Ketchum!

Condo #2 clean, modern, cozy,great view of mountions, a plus was private Jacuzzi on patio deck.
The staff Cheri and Alan went out of their way to be helpful, took us to and from airport, did grocery shopping.
Besides skiing, loved outdoor ice skating rink in town.
Sawtooth Brewery great beer and food, best fish and chips ever.
Can't wait to come back. I would recommend Pennay's as the best place to stay in Ketchum.
